Romans 1:16-17
Romans 1:16-17
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in it therighteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “But the righteous man shall live by faith.”

Is it possible that the righteousness of God could carry both meanings within the one word or phrase...righteousness of God AND righteousness from God? Is that maybe why Paul says in chapter 3 that the righteousness of God through the redemption of Jesus reveals that God is BOTH Just (righteousness of God) AND Justifier (righteousness from God)?
